 Abstract

Effective prevention of crimes that infringe on reproductive rights is one of the many challenges currently facing the state and society. The current demographic policy largely depends on its solution. Many of the reproductive rights protected by the state and society are related to the maintenance of reproductive health. The exercise of these rights is in the state's sphere of interest. Therefore, the prevention of crimes that infringe on reproductive rights corresponds to the goals of the state's demographic policy. Demographic policy is a system of measures to prevent certain types of crimes that infringe on reproductive rights. One of the measures to prevent these crimes is the system of state control of medical care aimed at maintaining and restoring reproductive health. Measures to prevent certain types of crimes that infringe on reproductive rights should also include victim prevention. These problems are the subject of the article.
